From September 4 to 6, 2025, the 13th Semiconductor Equipment, Core Components, and Materials Exhibition (CSEAC 2025) will be held at the Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center.

CSEAC, guided by the principles of "professionalism, industrialization, and internationalization," is a renowned annual exhibition in China's semiconductor equipment, core component, and materials sectors. This year's event will feature five key highlights: a grand scale that underscores the unstoppable momentum of China's semiconductor industry; an internationally focused approach aimed at fostering global industry collaboration; a concurrent professional forum to decode the challenges facing industry development; seamless integration of academia, research, and industry to empower talent and nurture a thriving industry ecosystem; and a concentrated showcase of growth opportunities within the host region's vibrant industrial clusters.

According to reports, CSEAC 2025 will feature themed exhibition areas covering wafer fabrication equipment, packaging and testing equipment, core components, materials, and more, with an exhibition space exceeding 60,000 square meters. Over 1,000 companies will participate, marking a year-on-year increase of more than 40% in the number of exhibitors.

Currently, this year's exhibition has attracted more than 150 overseas companies from 22 countries and regions, including Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. The "Global Semiconductor Industry Chain Cooperation Forum" will bring together leading figures and renowned technical experts from the global semiconductor industry, focusing on key technological areas such as chip manufacturing, third-generation semiconductors, and advanced packaging—through keynote speeches, round-table discussions, and other engaging formats.

Concurrently with the exhibition, 20 specialized forums will be held, offering a comprehensive showcase of technological innovations and the vibrant ecosystem within the semiconductor industry. The "Keynote Forum"—the 13th (2025) Annual Conference of the China Electronic Equipment Industry Association on Semiconductor Equipment—will bring together heavyweight guests and industry experts to discuss emerging trends and future challenges in the sector. The "Chairman's Forum" will gather dozens of leading executives from prominent semiconductor companies to share insights and perspectives. Meanwhile, the "Specialized Forums" will closely focus on industry hotspots, inviting a wide range of participants—including equipment, materials, component, and supply-chain management firms—as well as research and consulting organizations. Together, they will delve into critical issues and trending topics such as the integrated development of manufacturing processes and the semiconductor equipment industry chain, investment and financing opportunities for semiconductor equipment and core components, and how advanced equipment and instrumentation can empower scientific research and academic education.

In addition, the exhibition will also host the 17th Integrated Circuit Packaging and Testing Industry Chain Innovation Development Forum (CIPA 2025), along with the Yangtze River Delta Advanced Packaging Development Forum for Integrated Circuits, as well as the 2025 Integrated Circuit (Wuxi) Innovation Development Conference (ICIDC).

This year's exhibition will deeply focus on building a talent ecosystem for the integrated circuit industry, with a specially designed exhibition area showcasing achievements from universities, along with a series of industry-education integration activities. At that time, nearly 30 universities across the country will connect with participating companies to host on-site recruitment events, featuring more than 100 exhibitors who will directly share their hiring opportunities.

It is reported that Wuxi is a major hub for China's integrated circuit industry, boasting a complete industrial chain that spans from design and manufacturing to packaging, testing, and even supporting sectors such as equipment and materials. The city is home to prominent companies including SK Hynix, CR Micro, HuaHong Wuxi, ChangElectra Technology, Shenghe Jingwei, Li Xin Micro, and Zhuosheng Micro.
